The Chambers Plan has a program specifically geared towards helping owners manage their businesses more efficiently. Business Assistance Service (or BAS for short) is available, at no additional cost, to all business owners who are members of the Chambers Plan.

- Online library of resources to help business owners find answers to common human resource issues that can impact their organization

- A collection of articles, infographics, podcasts, links to relevant legislation, checklists, sample documents, and various guides
