Isabel Kropman
Isabel joined the HMA team in 2024 as an Employee Benefits Specialist. She has since become the exclusive advisor for the Chambers Group Insurance Plan for the Ajax Pickering Board of Trade and the Whitby Chamber of Commerce. Isabel strives to help employers keep their benefits plans truly beneficial.
Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering and giving back to her local community, finding it rewarding to support the people and organizations that make it thrive.

Erin Fordham
Before starting her career in insurance, Erin spent several years volunteering across the South Pacific, where she met her life partner, Daniel Fordham. She continues her passion for giving back as a board member of the Community Development Corporation in Orillia and as the founder of Oasis Fertility Support Network, a not-for-profit supporting families navigating infertility.
Erin proudly services the Chamber territories of Ramara, Oro-Medonte, Orillia, and Southeast Georgian Bay. She values strong client relationships and is dedicated to providing exceptional service. Outside the office, Erin enjoys volleyball, snowboarding, traveling, and catching up with friends.

Rob Dell
Rob grew up on an equestrian farm in Queensville, ON, surrounded by insurance advisors—including his father, one of the first brokers to offer the Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance Plan in Toronto. Inspired by his family’s commitment to supporting employers and their teams, Rob pursued a career in sales at Camosun College in Victoria, BC.
Rob works with businesses throughout Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Southern Georgian Bay, Clearview and Wasaga Beach helping employers build strong, sustainable benefit plans. An outdoor enthusiast, Rob enjoys skiing, tennis, golf, fishing, baseball, and hockey in his spare time.
